Including Healthlink Worldwide there are twelve partners involved with the project:

Light for the World - founded in 1988, this Austrian non-govenernmental development organisation aims to break the cycle of poverty and disability to improve the quality of life of people with disabilities and advocate for their rights. Light the World supports initiatives with local partner organisations in Africa, Asia, South-East Europe and Latin America.

Handicap International (Luxembourg and France) - a non-governental organisation working in the field of international solidarity. The French section was created in 1982 and is based in Lyon. There are six sections in Belgium, Germany, UK, Switzerland, Luxemburg and Canada. Its work spans 45 countries.

Christian Blind Mission Germany - founded in 1908 and part of CBM International it is dedicated to working for and with people with visual and other disabilities in the developing world. It takes a human-rights based approach to disability, emphasizing the empowerment of people with disabilities.

Italian Association Amici di Raoul Follereau (AIFO) - started in 1961, the AIFO is an non-governmental development organisation with head-offices in Bologna. It is a grassroots, people's democratic organisation with hundreds of volunteers spread all over the country through groups and regional co-ordination offices in Italy. It also has regional offices in India, Brazil, and Mozambique.

Dutch Coalition on Disability and Development (DCDD) - an organisation that has developed in the last five years from a small volunteer working group to a large 'activating' network of 200 participants supported by a small professional office. Collaboration with other organisations such as the Dutch National Disability Council ensures the use of expertise of disabled people themselves in training activities in the Netherlands.

National Disability Council of the Netherlands (VGPN) - a collaborative initiative of dutch organisations, with extensive resources available for the facilitation of training.

eRko - Christian Children Communities Movement - a Slovakian non-governmental organisation (NGO) founded in 1990; today it is one of the biggest youth organisation in Slovakia. Since 1995 the development agenda has been integrated into eRko's programmes and forms an important part of its non-formal education work as well as in its advocacy activities.

The Platform Disability and Development Cooperation (PHOS) - a Belgium non-governmental organisation established in 1997. Its mission is to improve the living conditions of people with disabilities in developing countries by the mainstreaming and inclusion of disability into policies of organisations and governments.

SHIA The National Autism Society of Sweden - a non-governmental organisation of 26 disability organisations in Sweden formed in 1981 during the United Nations International Year of Disabled Persons. It is actively involved in the field of development with over 80 projects in 22 countries.

Disabled People International Italia - founded in 1994 it is the Italian section of Disabled People International, an international organisation present in 135 countries. It works for the promotion and development of human and civil-rights of people with disabilities.

Groupement Francais des Personnes Handicapees (GFPH) - founded in 1993 it has a strong network of associations in 42 countries.
